About Tiffany Wei

Tiffany Wei is a Registered Dietitian specializing in sports nutrition and disordered eating/eating disorders. A former competitive figure skater, Tiffany brings both clinical expertise and athletic insight to her practice. Her science-based, individualized approach helps clients nourish their bodies while maintaining a balanced relationship with food, movement, and self.

Tiffany collaborates closely with athletes to develop sustainable habits for performance and overall well-being. Her educational sessions focus on practical strategies for all stages of training and racing.
