2021

Picture it:  a warm summer day on the patio of Raquette River Brewing with the sun beaming down and a cold drink in hand. The live music lineup is out, new batches are being added to the tap list, the food trucks are open, and the warm weather is here. Summer 2021 is bound to be off the charts at Raquette River Brewing!

New additions

Step aside White Claw! Raquette River Brewing is getting ready to release their Black Cherry Hard Seltzer, the perfect drink for summer days. Refreshing, light, and crisp, the Raquette River Brewery Black Cherry Hard Seltzer is about to be the drink of summer. Stop into the brewery to try it, or pick up a 4 pack to take with you on your Tupper Lake adventures.

Another popular addition to the tap list for this summer is the Watermelon Cucumber Kolsch. This is a light, refreshing beer perfect for hot summer days. With a heavy cucumber taste, you will be hard pressed to find something as refreshing as this.

The Strawberry Rhubarb Sour will be new for Memorial Day. This brew is bound to be popular with its classic combo of strawberry and locally-grown rhubarb. The ADK Haze Pale Ale and the World IPA are also new on the draft list and have been wildly popular so far. We suggest ordering a flight so you can try all the new brews!

Lastly, a recent addition has been Big Joe’s Hot Pepper Pale Ale. It is extremely popular and has a bit of a bite to it. Made with bell peppers and poblano peppers, this beer is perfect for those that like a little kick.
