William “Billy” Martin is a dynamic speaker, storyteller, and systems thinker who has spent his life pushing boundaries—professionally, personally, and philosophically. With a career spanning from high-voltage lineman to helicopter flight nurse and nationally registered paramedic, Billy blends hands-on field experience with deep academic and leadership credentials, including a Certified Utility Safety Professional designation, a Diploma in Mountain Medicine, and a degree in Ecology and Environmental Technology.

He is the President/CEO of Think Tank Project LLC and SAFR (Simplify Advanced First Response), where he works to revolutionize how individuals and organizations unlock human potential through safety, leadership, and personal growth. Billy’s approach is grounded in the belief that “our potential is already in us—we just need the code to release it.”

His multi-disciplinary background includes roles as a cardiology and orthopedic nurse, project manager, safety director, ski patrol instructor trainer, podcaster, writer, and high-altitude adventurer. With certifications and credentials across emergency medicine, wilderness survival, aviation, and organizational leadership, Billy connects with audiences from all walks of life—CEOs, first responders, parents, educators, and teams seeking transformation.
