Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon of sound and stillness in the beautiful natural setting of The Wild Center. As the day softens into the afternoon glow, give yourself permission to slow down, turn inward, and simply be. Guided by the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, the expansive waves of a beautiful gong, and gentle guidance, this immersive sound bath invites a sense of calm, clarity, and gentle release, helping you unwind and settle into a more peaceful state of being.

In this relaxed state, something magical happens: you can quiet the chaos and begin to truly hear the world around you. The subtle chorus of the Adirondack forest, wind in the pines, distant water, the quiet breath of the wilderness, weaves together with the soothing frequencies of the instruments, creating a profound sense of connection to both self and place.

No experience needed, just bring an open heart. There are benches along the edge of the room; however, if you want to lie down, bring a yoga mat or blanket and whatever makes you comfortable (pillow, extra layers). Come as you are, leave renewed. We can’t wait to share this afternoon of deep listening and gentle healing with you.

Age Guidance
Young people are welcome to join; however, please note that sound baths can be overstimulating for some smaller children due to the sustained tones, volume shifts, and the quiet, meditative atmosphere. To ensure everyone is able to fully relax into the experience, this session is best suited for teens and adults. Parents are encouraged to use their discretion regarding younger attendees.
