Three vibrant mushrooms growing out of a wet forest floor.

Mushroom expert Susan Hopkins is back at the VIC for another summer of fascinating fungi hunting.  Join her for a short introduction to the diverse mushroom world, then head out on a casual walk in the woods to discover fungi along the way. Discuss and identify poisonous and edible species, as well as some of medicinal value, providing an enriching experience for all ages.

Feel free to stay longer to use books and reference materials provided by Susan for more study after the foray in the sunspace at the VIC.
