Celebrate America250 in Tupper Lake

Join us at Tupper Lake Waterfront Park on July 4 for a day of patriotic fun. This year, as part of "ADK Celebrates USA" and the 250th Anniversary of America, we invite you to enjoy a spectacular celebration that honors our nation's rich history and our vibrant community spirit here in the Adirondacks.

The annual Tupper Lake fireworks display will light up the sky, offering breathtaking views for all. Visitors and locals alike will gather at the Waterfront Park for this eagerly anticipated event. Enjoy all-American entertainment, including live music at the Sunset Stage bandshell and exciting Empire League baseball games, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Adirondack Mountains. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable celebration as we come together to mark America250 in Tupper Lake!

Schedule of events for the 4th of July

The schedule of events for the 250th Anniversary Celebration continues to grow. The events below have been confirmed, with more activities and details to be added as they become available. Please check back for updates.

Parking & Accessibility:

Plenty of FREE parking is available at Tupper Lake Waterfront Park.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning in the late afternoon and continuing into the evening, crews will be setting up for the fireworks display. During this time, the Waterfront Walkway will be closed to all pedestrian traffic for safety. We apologise for the inconvenience.

To travel between the two sides of the park, please use the grass walking path that runs behind the Little League field and Little Loggers Playground. This path connects the Bandshell area with the Riverpigs Stadium parking lot.

Accessible Route: From Waterfront Park, follow Route 3 East (Demars Boulevard), then turn right onto Mill Street. Accessible parking is available on Martin Street.
