How do I explore the Adirondack Cuisine Trails? 

The Trails are simply suggested routes for self-guided exploration, and will require your own transportation to tour. Please check business hours and offerings before visiting, as many are seasonal and variable. Visit one, or many destinations along your travels.

Adirondack Lakes Cuisine Trail

From Saranac Lake, Lake Clear, and Tupper Lake, this area of the Adirondacks is both historic and contemporary. Experience the terroir through historic farms, great camp dining, downtown eateries, and breweries.

Champ's Cuisine Trail

Named for Lake Champlain’s infamous sea monster, this trail offers ample chances to spot the legendary creature while tasting the bounty of the land, with stops including vineyards, orchards, sugar houses, and co-ops.

Champlain Valley Cuisine Trail

The Champlain Valley of New York is the perfect backdrop to experience history, fresh produce, inventive craft beverages, and one of the most gorgeous drives around, with stops including farm stands, dairy farms, legacy gardens, co-ops, and more.

Ausable Valley Cuisine Trail

Boquet Valley Cuisine Trail

The trail from Keeseville to Elizabethtown includes wineries, breweries, vegetable, livestock, and CSA farms, and extraordinary eateries.

North Country Cuisine Trail

The North Country Cuisine Trail winds through picturesque roads and quaint villages dotted with unique local businesses serving up extraordinary local products.

Adirondack Harvest is a program of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Essex County and serves as a marketing platform for the North Country region’s farmers and producers and an educational resource for locals and visitors alike.
