Tooley Pond
This pond is a popular destination for fisherman as well as paddlers. The northern shores are brush and grass lined while the south side is forested, leaving opportunities for birding and wildlife viewing. The outlet leads to the Oswegatchie River, but may not be navigable.
Getting there
From the intersection of Route 3 and Route 30 in the Village of Tupper Lake follow Route 3 toward and through Cranberry Lake. Just outside Cranberry Lake there is a right onto Tooley Pond Road, follow here. Continue for over 6-miles to Tooley Pond on the left.
Paddling
The launch is roadside and dirt. This is a small pond, very mellow and sheltered.
