This is part of the Cranberry Lake Waterfall Tour. None of the trails on the tour are marked, other than with a small 8x11 trailhead sign. The trails are very easy to follow but slightly difficult to locate, bring a road map with you for better trail locations.
Getting there
From the intersection of Route 3 and Route 30 in the Village of Tupper Lake follow Route 3 toward Cranberry Lake. Follow Route 3 for 27 miles through Cranberry Lake to Tooley Pond Road. Turn down Tooley Pond Road and continue for 15 miles to Lake George Road on the left, the trail is about 100 feet down this road on the right.
Hiking
From the small trailhead you can follow the well-developed trail along the shore of the Grass River. Sinclair Falls is more of a cascade rather than a vertical waterfall, but very scenic nonetheless.
- Distance Round Trip: 0.2 Miles
- Elevation: 930’
- Elevation Gain or Loss: None
Snowshoeing
A short and flat trail with little elevation change makes for a great snowshoe trail.
