Wild Neighbors Nature Connection (WNNC) is a guiding service that seeks to help people discover meaningful connection with the gift, the adversity, and the wonder of wild nature in New York's Adirondack Park. You can expect a WNNC event to be fun, engaging, interactive, and informative. If you'd like to schedule a WNNC outing, for yourself, your family, or a community group that you're a part of, Nature Guide Rich Hanlon would love to plan a guided experience that's customized to your interests. WNNC Tours can include hiking or transportation by vehicle between designated stops. People of every age and ability level may participate.
WNNC Tours can be customized for handicapped accessibility. A representative list of WNNC offerings includes the following:
- Whiteface Mountain Tours
- Moose Country Meanderings
- Guided Hikes
- Guided Birding
- Forest Relationship Walks
- Nature Connection Programs for Kids
- Forest Therapy Walks (Forest Bathing)
