Winter Season

With our first heavy snowfall upon us, anticipation for winter events and activities is at an all time high. Our cross-country ski trails are starting to be groomed, there are snowmobile tracks across town, and snowbanks are lining the streets. Outdoor winter gear is being pulled out of the garage and getting a tune-up for the upcoming spree of cold-weather events in Tupper Lake.

Ready to discover how we have fun in the winter? Check out this overview of some of our favorite annual happenings, and a couple of new and exciting events we've added to the list!

On February 24, the Groomed Cross-Country Ski Center trails turn into a beer trail! Multiple breweries from around the area will set up along the mile-long cross-country ski loop for the annual Brew-Ski. For a small fee participants can ski or snowshoe along the trail to different brew stations, sample beer, and mingle by the fire pits at each location. Bundle up, grab your skis, and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event!

While these are our bigger events slated for this winter, always check out our events calendar to see live music schedules and other smaller events that pop up throughout the season.

Find your event, book a room, and plan your trip to Tupper Lake this winter.
